Yoga is based on ethical principles known as Yama and Niyama.  Yama comprises areas of conduct which are concerned with our relations to others around us.  By following Yama we can live harmoniously with those around us.  There are five parts to Yama, and the second part is known as Satya which is the subject of this podcast.

This podcast is based on a talk given by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti in 1979.  Dada Vedaprajinananda reads an abridged version and comments on the advice given by Krishna 3,500 years ago on the battlefield of the Mahabharata.  Krishna said that the three factors upon which spirituality is based are : service, proper questioning and surrender to the supreme.  Dada gives a short commentary on the text that is read.
